Organization settings let you configure how your organization uses Kowalah. Access settings by clicking Settings in the sidebar.

Organization profile

Update your organization’s name and logo.
  • Name — displayed throughout the platform and in communications
  • Logo — upload an image (up to 5MB) that appears alongside your organization name
Click Save after making changes.

Organization context

Add background information about your organization that the AI Chat uses automatically. This context helps the AI provide more relevant, tailored guidance across all conversations. Good context to include:
  • Your industry and sector
  • Organization size and structure
  • Key business challenges
  • Technology stack and existing systems
  • Regulatory or compliance requirements
  • Current AI maturity and goals
The more context you provide, the better the AI Chat can tailor its guidance. Think of it as briefing a new consultant on your organization.
Organization context is available to admins and core team members to edit. All members benefit from it when using AI Chat.

Labels

Create labels to categorize your projects and initiatives. Labels are organization-wide, so any label you create is available across all projects and initiatives. Use labels to group work by:
  • Department (Finance, HR, Operations)
  • Theme (Automation, Customer Experience, Reporting)
  • Priority tier (Strategic, Tactical)
  • Any other categorization that makes sense for your organization
Labels are managed by admins and core team members.
