Platform overview

The Kowalah platform at app.kowalah.com is your central hub for managing your organization’s AI program. Use it to track projects, manage initiatives, deploy accelerators, and get AI-powered guidance — whether you’re working independently or collaborating with a Kowalah team. The platform is valuable on its own for managing and tracking your AI program. If you’re also using Kowalah Managed Services, it becomes the shared workspace where you and your Kowalah partner collaborate.

Dashboard

The dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in. It provides a snapshot of what’s happening across your AI program.

Recent Expert Requests

Shows the latest Expert Requests your organization has submitted, along with their current status and progress. Click any request to view its full details.

Action items

Displays your top overdue or upcoming tasks across all projects and initiatives. This helps you stay on top of what needs attention without checking each project individually.

A quick summary of your organization’s activity:

• Team members in your organization
• Chat activity over the past 30 days
• Expert Requests submitted
• Deployed accelerators in use

Expert Request quota

Tracks your organization’s Expert Request usage against your plan allocation. The quota resets on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on your contract.

Highlights a top-rated Accelerator from the library that your team might find useful.

Sidebar navigation

The sidebar is your primary way to move around the platform. Recent chats appear at the bottom of the sidebar so you can quickly resume previous conversations.

Organization switcher

If you belong to multiple organizations, use the organization switcher at the top of the sidebar to move between them. Your role and permissions may differ across organizations.
