Contract overview

See your active contract details at a glance:
  • Contract type and support tier (Essential, Professional, or Enterprise)
  • Contract dates — start, end, and term length
  • Expert Request quota — how many requests your plan includes per period
  • Authorised users — the number of licensed platform users

Usage and quota

Track how your organization is using its Expert Request allocation:
  • Requests submitted in the current period
  • Quota remaining — how many requests are still available
  • Quota reset date — when the allocation renews
  • Usage over time — trends in Expert Request submission and completion

Activity metrics

A summary of your AI program activity:
  • Projects — total active projects and their health status breakdown
  • Initiatives — how many are in each stage (idea, validated, in development, deployed)
  • Expert Requests — submission and completion rates
  • Team engagement — how many members are actively using the platform
