Accelerators are your organization’s library of AI tools — Claude skills, prompts, agents, training guides, and workflow templates. Think of it as everything your organization has built (or had built for you), maintained in one place so people don’t reinvent what already exists.

Why accelerators matter

As your AI program grows, people across your organization will build Claude skills, prompts, and workflows. Without a central library, teams duplicate effort because they don’t know what others have already created. Accelerators solve this by giving everyone a single place to:
  • Discover what’s already been built across the organization
  • Deploy proven tools instead of starting from scratch
  • Share what they’ve built so others can benefit
  • Learn from training materials and implementation guides
Your accelerator library includes two types of content: tools built specifically for your organization (by your team or via Expert Requests), and Kowalah’s library of proven accelerators from across industries.

Browsing the library

Navigate to Accelerators in the sidebar to see the full library. You can:
  • Filter by category to find accelerators relevant to your department
  • Filter by type to narrow down to skills, prompts, or other formats
  • Filter by difficulty — beginner (quick to implement), intermediate (some setup), or advanced (complex configuration)
  • Search by keyword
Each accelerator card shows its name, description, type, and rating.

Using an accelerator

Click into any accelerator to see its full details:
  • Description — what it does and who it’s for
  • Prerequisites — what you need before getting started
  • Instructions — step-by-step guide to implement it
  • Content — the actual prompt, skill configuration, or code
  • Implementation time — how long it typically takes to set up
  • Supporting files — downloadable packages and documents

Ratings and feedback

After using an accelerator, rate it with a thumbs up or thumbs down and leave a comment. Ratings help others in your organization find the most useful tools, and they help improve the library over time.

Building your library

Your accelerator library grows over time through two paths:
  1. Expert Requests — when Kowalah builds a Claude skill, agent, or workflow for your organization, it can be added to your accelerator library so the whole team benefits
  2. Your own contributions — as your team builds skills and prompts, add them to the library so others can discover and reuse them
Encourage teams to add their Claude skills and prompts to the accelerator library. The more your library grows, the less time people spend building things that already exist.
The dashboard highlights a top-rated accelerator that your team might find useful. This rotates based on what’s popular and well-rated.
