The Kowalah Agent is available to Kowalah Managed Services customers, and during a paid Kowalah programme. The Kowalah Plugin and MCP connector work for anyone who signs in with a work email, though they show most when your organization has a Kowalah programme behind it. Learn more about how it works.

The Kowalah Agent is an always-on AI expert that sits alongside your team in Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Chat. Anyone can@Kowalah in a thread and get immediate help — whether that’s finding a relevant skill, raising an opportunity with Kowalah, checking project status, or getting guidance on an AI use case.

MCP connector
For teams that work in Claude, the MCP connector brings your Kowalah workspace directly into their Claude environment. They can check on projects and deliverables, find accelerators, read and work on your AI Operating Model, and raise opportunities without switching tools. Kowalah Plugin
The Kowalah Plugin puts your AI Operating Model inside Claude. It bundles the MCP connector with ten skills for reviewing your AI programme, diagnosing and redesigning processes, setting quality bars, tracking your AI tools and the value they deliver, and raising opportunities. It is listed in Anthropic’s plugin directory, under Customize > Plugins > Discover.
