Concierge Plugins turn Claude into a role-specific thinking partner. Each plugin bundles a set of Claude skills that coach you, challenge your thinking, and help you do your best work, not just speed through tasks. Plugins install into the Claude Desktop app in a few clicks. Once installed, the plugin’s skills are available as slash commands in every Cowork task.
Concierge Plugins are free and work on any paid Claude plan. You do not need a Kowalah account to use them, though Kowalah customers get the most value by combining them with the MCP connector and the Kowalah Agent.

Executive Concierge

For C-suite and senior leaders. Signature skill /playing-to-win uses Lafley & Martin’s framework for board prep, strategic planning, and stakeholder communications.

Manager Plugin

For people managers at any level. Signature skill /radical-candor uses Kim Scott’s framework for 1:1 prep, team leadership, and performance discussions.

Professional Plugin

For individual contributors. Signature skill /okr-writer uses John Doerr’s OKR methodology alongside use case discovery and workflow building.

Install the plugin

Get comfortable with what’s in the .zip first. It’s good practice to be cautious with any file you download, including ours. Each Concierge Plugin is a bundle of Claude skills, which are plain markdown files describing behaviours Claude should adopt. You can check what’s inside two ways:
  • Visually — expand the .zip and browse the folder. Every skill is readable markdown.
  • With Claude — drop the expanded folder into a Claude conversation and ask “What does this plugin do?”. Claude will summarize each skill.
Once you’re satisfied, remember to install the .zip file, not the expanded folder. If your browser already expanded it, re-compress the folder into a .zip before step 4.

Go to kowalah.com/concierge-plugin and download the variant that matches your role.

Safari users: Safari can automatically unzip downloads, which breaks the install because Claude needs the .zip, not the expanded folder. Either re-compress the folder into a .zip before installing, or go to Safari > Settings > General and untick Open safe files after downloading.

Open Claude Desktop and switch to Cowork

Launch the Claude Desktop app and click the Cowork tab.

Open the Customize menu

In the left sidebar, click Customize, then Browse plugins. Choose the option to upload a custom plugin file.

Upload the .zip

Select the file you just downloaded. Claude installs it immediately.

Run /setup-coach

Start a new Cowork task and type /setup-coach. Claude will ask a few questions about your role and tailor your environment.

Run /use-case-advisor

Then type /use-case-advisor to start a guided conversation about where AI can help in your day-to-day work.
Plugins you install yourself are saved locally to your machine. If you switch computers, you’ll need to install the plugin again, or ask your Claude workspace owner to make it available organization-wide.

Rolling out across your organization

If you’re on a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an owner can upload the Concierge Plugins to a plugin marketplace so every member gets them automatically, with no self-service download required.

Troubleshooting

Restart Claude Desktop. The plugin should appear under Customize > Plugins in the Cowork sidebar.
In a Cowork task, type / or click the + button. Only skills from installed plugins appear in the menu. If the plugin is installed but skills still aren’t showing, uninstall and reinstall from the downloaded .zip.
If you lead the strategy or direction of a company or business unit, pick Executive Concierge. If you lead people, pick Manager. Otherwise, pick Professional. You can install more than one.
