The entry point. A 2-3 week embedded engagement where we work with 2-3 key stakeholders to build working AI solutions — Claude skills, custom GPTs, and automated workflows — tied to your strategic business metrics. You get board-ready proof points and internal champions who’ve experienced what’s possible, before any organization-wide commitment.

Claude Change Enablement

Once the Sprint has created proof points, Claude Change Enablement scales AI transformation across your entire organization. Built on Anthropic’s Claude platform, it includes:

• A Claude Guide network (5-10% of your workforce trained as internal change champions)
• Training powered by your own internal examples using Claude skills, Claude Code, and Claude co-work
• Governance frameworks built alongside value delivery, not before it
• Adoption tracking and resistance management

Kowalah Managed Services

Ongoing managed AI services. Your people submit Expert Requests, and our specialists build Claude skills, custom GPTs, AI agents, and workflows — typically within days. Managed Services includes a monthly Expert Request quota, platform access for your whole organization, quarterly capability reviews, and continuous use case discovery. Multiple tiers are available (Essential, Professional, Enterprise) to match your organization’s needs.

The platform

Kowalah provides a platform at app.kowalah.com that gives you visibility and control across your AI program — with an AI guide that has full access to your projects, initiatives, and organization context. The platform includes:

• Projects for tracking strategic AI workspaces with milestones and health status
• Initiatives for managing individual AI use cases from idea through to deployment
• Expert Requests for submitting and tracking work your Kowalah team delivers
• Tasks for managing actionable items across your program
• Accelerators, a library of pre-built AI tools and workflow templates
• AI Chat for conversational guidance with full context of your AI program

You can use the platform independently to manage your AI program, or collaborate with a Kowalah team by sharing projects. When you share a project, both a customer owner and a Kowalah owner are visible in the platform, making the partnership transparent.
