I need an acceptable use policy. Interview me about our 
industry, the sensitive data we handle, which AI tools 
we're approving, and our main concerns. Then write a 
policy that encourages adoption while protecting the 
organisation — covering approved tools, data handling, 
output review, and reporting concerns. Practical, not 
scary.

Prepare for a performance review

I'm preparing for a performance review with someone on 
my team. Ask me about their role, key achievements this 
period, areas for improvement, and their career goals. 
Then help me structure the conversation — specific 
praise, constructive feedback, and actionable 
development goals. Help me phrase the improvement 
areas so they land well.
