The training dashboard at app.kowalah.comReports → Training is the executive view of your training: adoption, completion, return on investment, and impact across your programmes. This page is for leaders with reporting access.
You need the view reporting permission to see this dashboard. See Roles and permissions.

Filtering the view

A filter bar across the top scopes everything below it. You can filter by Event, Group, Course, and Status (All / Completed / In progress), and toggle Champions to focus on your champions only. A counter shows how many participants are in the current view, and Clear resets the filters.

Executive view

The default view, designed to be read top to bottom by a leadership audience.

KPI strip

Six headline numbers:
KPIWhat it shows
ParticipantsTotal people, with how many completed
Claude Scale liftAverage movement on the 1-10 scale, for example +2.3
Course completionPercentage complete, against the number eligible
NPSNet Promoter Score, with the number of responses
ChampionsChampions in the current view
Hours saved / wkSelf-reported hours saved per week

Return on investment

A conservative ROI panel that translates the training into money:
  • Hours saved per week (self-reported by learners in their feedback)
  • Estimated annual value, calculated at a £50/hr blended rate (hours per week × 52 × £50)
  • Programme satisfaction (NPS)
The annual value is deliberately conservative, a flat blended rate applied to self-reported time savings. It’s designed to be defensible in a board pack rather than to flatter the number.

Claude Scale journey

A chart of the average self-assessment from pre-course to post-course, with a one-line summary of the average movement across all learners in view. This is the clearest single picture of capability gain.

Completion funnel

A funnel from Enrolled → Attended → Completed → Certified, showing where people progress and where any drop-off happens.

Knowledge check — module pass rates

A breakdown of pass rate per module, colour-coded so weak spots stand out:
  • Green — strong (80%+)
  • Amber — watch (70-79%)
  • Red — needs attention (under 70%)
Low pass rates point to a module worth revisiting or reinforcing.

NPS breakdown

A breakdown of Promoters (9-10), Passives (7-8), and Detractors (0-6), with the overall NPS in the centre.

Champions activity

Each champion with their status (exemplary, active, or upcoming), group, and activity: peer conversations, use cases shared, and an engagement score out of 10. See Champions for what these mean.

By event view

Switch to By event for a per-event comparison. Each event shows its own KPIs, Cohort size, Attendance, Scale lift, and Completion, followed by a per-group breakdown table (learners, scale movement, and completion for each group).
Use the Executive view for the organization-wide story and the By event view to compare locations or cohorts, for example to see whether one site’s completion is lagging.
