Check in
The room has a check-in screen showing a QR code for the day. Point your phone camera at it and open the link. Scanning is your check-in, there’s no sign-in sheet to fill out.
You can also go straight to training.kowalah.com if you can’t see the screen.
If you already have a Kowalah account, sign in. If you’re new (most people are), create an account on the spot with your email, you’ll get a quick verification step.
When check-in works, you’ll see “You’re checked in.” That’s it, you’re on the roster for the day.
If you’re not on the list
You don’t need to have been pre-registered.- Walk-ins are welcome. If you sign in and you weren’t on the roster, you’re added automatically and flagged so your facilitator can sort your group. You’ll see a note like “Welcome! You weren’t on the list, so we’ve added you. Your facilitator will sort your group.”
- If we can’t match you to the event, you’ll be told to see your facilitator, who can add you in a moment.
- If the programme has already closed, check-in is no longer open. Speak to your facilitator if you think that’s wrong.
Attending more than one event
If you’re enrolled in more than one event, the link from the check-in screen pins you to the right one for the day. Using the day’s QR code always lands you in the correct event. The learner app
