When you complete a Kowalah course, you earn a Certificate of Completion. This page is for attendees and explains how completion works and how to find and share your certificate.

What “complete” means

A course is complete when you’ve passed the knowledge check for every required module in it. Modules are passed at the course’s pass mark (80% by default), and your progress is “sticky”, once you’ve passed a module, it stays passed. You can track this on the AI Literacy Award tab in the learner app, which shows your module progress per course.

When your certificate is issued

Certificates are issued when Kowalah closes out the programme after the training. Until then, a completed course shows “Certificate pending” on your Award tab. Once issued, your certificate appears on the Award tab with its reference and issue date, and you can open the full certificate page.

Verifying and sharing

Each certificate has a public verification page at training.kowalah.com/certificate/…. It states:
This certifies that [your name] has successfully completed [course title].
along with the issue date and a reference. Because the page is public, you can share the link with your manager or add it to a profile, and anyone can confirm it’s genuine. The page prints cleanly to PDF if you need a file to save or attach.
Add your verification link to your internal profile or learning record. It’s the simplest proof that you completed the training.
