Starting Your First Chat

The fastest way to experience Kowalah is to begin a conversation:

Go to your dashboard

On logging in you’ll find yourself on the dashboard which acts as your central point for accessing our predefined tasks and templates.

Click through the buying stages

Across the top you’ll see the six stages of a buying process.

You can click on each of these to bring up relevant tasks and templates for that part of the buying journey.

Choose a suggested task

  1. Choose one of the suggested topics that matches your current situation,
  2. Share more context about your scenario in the input box

Kowalah will respond

Kowalah will reply to gather more context. Chat away just as you would with a human!
