# Training in the platform

> Track your organization's training programmes and how each cohort is progressing, in app.kowalah.com.

The **Training** section in [app.kowalah.com](https://app.kowalah.com) is where leaders and admins follow your organization's training, which programmes are running, which events have happened, and how each cohort is progressing. This page is for **leaders and admins**.

<Note>
  You need the **view training** permission to see this section. If it's not in your navigation, ask your organization admin to grant it. See [Roles and permissions](/platform/organization/roles-and-permissions).
</Note>

## The Training list

Go to **Training** in the platform. You'll see *"Your organisation's training programmes and how your people are progressing."*

Events are grouped under their **Programme** (events without a programme appear under *Other events*). Each row shows:

| Column               | What it shows                                                       |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Event** | The event name and its reference (for example, `TRE-0001`) |
| **Location · dates** | Where and when it ran |
| **Status** | Planning, Scheduled, In progress, Completed, Cancelled, or Archived |
| **Participants** | How many people are on the roster |

Select any event to open its results.

## Event results

An event page has two parts.

### Programme

The shape of the day:

* **Groups** — the cohorts in this event, each with its label, stream, and headcount.
* **Schedule** — a day-by-day breakdown of sessions. Each block shows the time, the course (or activity such as Kickoff, Lunch, Break, Commitments, or Finale), and the group, facilitator, and room.

### Results

How the cohort did. The headline cards show:

| Card                      | What it shows                                                  |
| ------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Participants** | Number of people in the event |
| **Avg. confidence shift** | Average movement on the Claude Scale, for example *+2 (5 → 7)* |
| **Quiz completion** | Percentage of knowledge checks completed |

Below that, a **participants table** lists each person with their confidence shift (start → end on the Claude Scale), their quiz result (answered and correct), and their badge count.

<Tip>
  "Confidence shift" here is the Claude Scale lift, the difference between each learner's before and after self-assessment. A healthy event shows a clear positive shift across most of the cohort.

## How this fills in

The event page reads live from what learners do in the [learner app](/training/learner-app), so it populates through the day as people check in, rate themselves, and take their knowledge checks. Completion and certificates finalise when Kowalah closes out the programme.

For the organization-wide rollup, ROI, and impact view, see [Training reports](/training/reports).
