# Prompts for everyone

> Prompts any Kowalah user can run in Claude or ChatGPT: get an update, find an accelerator, raise an idea, answer a discovery, check your training, share your AI tools and log a win.

These prompts work for every role. Where a prompt changes something, Kowalah shows you what it's about to do and waits for your yes.

## Stay up to date

### Your update

### What's new since a date

Use Kowalah to tell me what's new for me since 1 October.
```

Today this covers new accelerators in your library. Kowalah tells you what the answer includes, so it won't imply it checked anything else.

### One piece of work

What's happening with OPP-0142? Who's on it and what's the next step?

Swap in any reference number: a project, deliverable, Expert Request, opportunity or discovery. A name works too, such as "the contract review deliverable".

## Check what already exists

### Find an accelerator

Is there a Kowalah accelerator for turning meeting notes into action
lists? I use Claude. Show me how to get it, how to use it and its
security summary.

Every accelerator has an edition per AI platform, so say which tool you use and you'll get the right install steps.

## Find and raise ideas

### Spot opportunities in your own work

Help me find where AI could help with my job. Interview me about a
typical week, find where the real friction is, check Kowalah for
anything that already exists, and tell me what's worth raising.

Uses the `spot-opportunities` skill.

### Raise an opportunity

I want to raise an idea with Kowalah: our team rekeys supplier invoices
from PDFs into the finance system by hand, about six hours a week. Check
it hasn't already been done, test it against our vision, help me score
it, then submit it.
```

Uses the `raise-opportunity` skill. Kowalah asks for a proper paragraph of context and an Impact, Confidence and Ease score with a reason for each, because that's what your AI lead needs to triage it. You get the opportunity number back once it's submitted. Your organisation's own AI lead triages it first, then Kowalah helps turn the shortlisted ideas into work.

### Answer a discovery you've been invited to

Your opportunity is linked to the discovery, so it lands in the right place for review.

### Check on the ideas you've raised

Uses the `my-ai-tools` skill. Nothing is shared until you've seen the list and agreed.

## Log a win

I want to log a win with Kowalah. Using the contract summary skill has
cut our first-pass review from 40 minutes to 10, about eight contracts a
week. Record it against the right process and tell me which vision
measure it counts towards.
```

Uses the `outcomes` skill. Your figure is recorded as claimed; an admin or core team member can verify it later.

## Suggest a change to a process

Use Kowalah to show me our expenses approval process. I think steps 3
and 4 could be merged. If I can't edit it, propose the change to its
owner.
```

Everyone can read the whole operating model. Where you can't edit something, Kowalah raises a proposal for the owner instead.

## Put it on a schedule

Set me up a weekly Kowalah update every Monday at 9am: what's new in my
accelerator library and anything waiting on me.
```

Uses the `scheduled-tasks` skill. It suggests a few routines that fit your role, you choose, and it writes the task so it runs on its own. Scheduling depends on your AI tool supporting scheduled tasks.
