# Integrations

> Give every employee an always-on AI expert — in Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, and Claude.

Imagine someone in your finance team is in a Slack thread discussing a quarterly report. They need a prompt to summarise the data, but they don't know one exists in your accelerator library. With Kowalah integrated into Slack, they type `@Kowalah` and immediately have an AI expert sitting right next to them in the conversation — with access to every skill, prompt, and workflow your organization has built.

That's what Kowalah integrations do. They put an always-on AI expert next to every employee, in the tools where they already work, with your organization's full library of expertise behind it.

## Kowalah Agent

The Kowalah Agent is an always-on AI expert that sits alongside your team in Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Chat. Anyone can `@Kowalah` in a thread and get immediate help — whether that's finding a relevant skill, drafting an Expert Request, checking project status, or getting guidance on an AI use case.

Available in:

* **Slack** — channels, threads, and direct messages
* **Microsoft Teams** — team channels, group chats, and personal chats
* **Google Chat** — spaces and conversations

## MCP connector

For teams that work in Claude, the MCP connector brings your Kowalah workspace directly into their Claude environment. They can query projects, check on deliverables, list their tasks, and submit Expert Requests without switching tools.

## Concierge Plugins

Free role-based Claude plugins that turn Claude into a thinking partner for executives, managers, and individual contributors. Unlike the other integrations on this page, Concierge Plugins work on any paid Claude plan and don't require a Kowalah account, though they pair well with the MCP connector above.
