# Kowalah documentation

> Guides and reference for the Kowalah Platform, the Kowalah Plugin for Claude and ChatGPT, and the Kowalah Agent in Slack, Teams and Google Chat.

Kowalah helps your organisation map its work as an AI Operating Model, find where AI should go, deliver it, and measure what it's worth. You can use it in three places, all sharing the same data and permissions.

## From map to measured value

Follow the cycle, or jump to what you need. Each step works in the Platform and in the Plugin.

**1. Map your work**

Build your [operating model](https://docs.kowalah.com/platform/operating-model/overview.md): processes, steps, owners and the systems they run on. Start from your own documents with the [Plugin](https://docs.kowalah.com/plugin/building-your-model.md).

**2. Find opportunities**

Run a [discovery](https://docs.kowalah.com/platform/discoveries.md) to collect ideas from across the organisation, or let anyone raise an [opportunity](https://docs.kowalah.com/platform/opportunities.md) at any time.

**3. Triage and decide**

Your AI lead scores ideas with [ICE](https://docs.kowalah.com/platform/scoring.md), shortlists the best and takes them forward, into your own projects or to Kowalah.

**4. Deliver**

Track the work in [projects and deliverables](https://docs.kowalah.com/platform/projects/overview.md), or ask for expert help with an [Expert Request](https://docs.kowalah.com/platform/expert-requests.md). Check the [accelerator library](https://docs.kowalah.com/platform/accelerators.md) first.

**5. Measure**

Record the value AI delivers as [outcomes](https://docs.kowalah.com/platform/outcomes.md), with claimed and verified figures kept apart, against your vision's measures.
